Surface Preparation

Before application, ensure all tile joints are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, loose particles, or any contaminants that could hinder adhesion. If necessary, clean joints using appropriate cleaning agents and let them dry completely. Existing grout must be removed thoroughly. Substrate temperature must be between 5°C and 35°C. Proper surface preparation is essential to achieve optimal bonding and performance.

Application

Insert the cartridge into a compatible dual-component epoxy gun and attach the mixing nozzle. Dispense and discard the initial 20 cm to ensure thorough mixing. Apply the grout evenly along the tile joints, then smooth and compact the material using a rubber float or an appropriate tool. Once the grout has fully cured, gently remove any excess material from the tile surfaces for a clean, professional finish.
