Ressi ETG DP Matt is a water based 3-component epoxy tile grout based on high grade Resins. Anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and dust proofing properties.

Ressi ETG DP Matt is suitable for the tile joint grouting in Industries where dust proof, waterproof easy to clean tile joints are required.

Ressi ETG DP Matt is an ideal product for hospitals, kitchens, chemical spillage rooms, laboratories, swimming pools, or any other area where a mild chemical resistant dust proof smooth finish tile grout is required. Ressi ETG DP Matt is suitable for all residential, industrial and commercial applications.

Surface Preparation

Joints to receive grout should be clean, dry, and free from standing water, grease, loosely adhering particles etc. cement laitance should be removed by mechanical means. 

Mixing 

Mix part A with Part B using a slow speed drill machine fitted with a mixing paddle and continue to mix until a uniform consistency is achieved. 

Application

Mixed Ressi ETG DP Matt should be worked into the tile joints using a spatula. It is recommended to use masking tape around the edges of the tiles to avoid any spillage.

Excess grout material can be removed with the use of a cloth or sponge along with a suitable solvent. Removal of excess material should be carried out hardening of the applied grout.
