Silblock Plus Highly Concentrated Alkoxy Siloxane Water Repellent Sealer 5 Liter in Pakistan

Silblock Plus is a high concentrate solvent free silane / Alkoxy silane emulsion in water. The product is suitable as an impregnating agent for masonry, including high alkaline surfaces. It demonstrates good penetration into a variety of absorbent mineral building materials. Silblock Plus is especially suitable for sea facing areas where high salt content and humidity prevails.

Instruction of Use

Silblock Plus is ready to use, no further dilution is required. Apply with brush roller or spray.

Application

The standard process for water repellent treatment of masonry can be used. These include spraying dipping and flow coating. Before application on large surfaces trials should be conducted to determine the optimum water repellency. Silblock Plus should not be applied at temperatures below +5°C. It is recommended to apply 2 coats of Silblock Plus (wet on wet) for proper repellency properties. 

Areas of Application

Silblock Plus is highly suitable for the following substrates:

Cement plaster surfaces
Pigmented plaster surfaces
Fair Face Concrete
Mineral based surfaces
Silblock Plus is also an ideal water-repellent sealer for areas near the seafront where high winds consisting of high salt contents prevail.

Compatibility

Contact with solvent-borne impregnating agents (including residual material in the application equipment) must be avoided.
