Ressi ETA is a paste grade Three component water based epoxy tile adhesive / glue. It forms a complete impermeable adhesive layer resistant to many forms of mild chemical attacks. Ressi ETA is useful for speedy fixing of tiles where high bond strength, impermeability to water and resistance to aggressive chemicals is essential. This tile adhesive is ideal for spaces such as battery rooms, transformer rooms, generator rooms, wet areas, kitchen, bathrooms, swimming pools etc.

Surface Preparation

All grease, oil, chemical, contamination, dust, laitance, and loose particles must be removed by scrubbing or light brush hammering to provide a sound substrate. Concrete must be 14 days old prior to treatment. Steel surfaces should be grit blasted to white metal. Surfaces which show any trace of oil must be degreased with a chemical degreaser prior to grit blasting.

Mixing

Stir part A and part B separately to disperse any settlement. Mix part A with part B using a slow speed drill machine fitted with paddle until a uniform consistency is achieved.

Application

Apply the mixed Ressi ETA with a notched trowel to a thickness of 2mm on the prepared surface. Tiles should be placed within the working time of the adhesive.
