It has a micro molecular structure that helps it in achieving deep penetration inhibiting water ingress into the substrate. Ressi Grout Seal is a clear coat to protect the dried-out tile grout surface.

Surface Preparation

Before the application of Ressi Grout seal, it is important to ensure that the grout surface is clean, free from dust loose material and dampness. It should be applied on completely dried out surface only.

All contaminants such as oil, grease or any surface contamination must be removed to ensure adequate penetration when the product is applied. Surfaces that have been cleaned with water should be allowed to dry completely before application. This product should be applied by spraying or brushing over the grouted surface.
